My house sits below a cliff and is getting massive water run off. It is causing mini mudslide in back yard which is concerning for the future of the steep cliff. I went to the top of hill and found a concrete water drainage path that is cracked in multiple places and needs immediate attention for the safety of my home. Where the cracks are it is very obvious the mini mudslides are caused by it. I am wondering if I can get this assessed and who responsibility it is to repair it. Im hoping to get it done ASAP before another rain storm. Thanks you. I am unable to upload additional pictures. However we are getting all rain/water runoff from houses above and have no way to control it due to the steepness of the cliff. Fixing this concrete drainage system would be the first necessary step.
