On Feb 2 there was a two-alarm fire at 5091 Kalmia St and (I think) the fire department cut open this fence so that they could attack the fire. Who is responsible for fixing it?! Additionally the squatters that lived in 5091 have cut another hole in the fence closer to that property and have been using the radio tower field--private property!--as a storage space.
