Sidewalk at 801 University Ave

Better buzz customers blocking the sidewalk and have tables and chairs blocking there is a big tree planter cut outs with rocks. For a handicap older person it is very hard to walk by as the people in line don't move. Please make this company keep the people inside in line or put a rope line holders to keep people against building and get rid of tables and chairs
