Dirt all over sidewalk again , every rain storm the sidewalk here is absolutely in passable for skateboarders and in speculation , the scooters that have been so abundant lately as well as pedestrians on bikes and walking . This is just one of the many areas along the India st pedestrian sidewalk from palm st to the fork before Washington st . I have pictures of areas in need of cleaning as well as a street section from Shell to the new car lot that is littered in gravel which gets picked up and thrown by vehicle tires .
