Sidewalk at 2735–2755 Ocean Front Walk

Uneven median in middle of sidewalk....about one inch raised lip which caused scooter crash recently...older senior crashed when the child scooter he was riding caught on lip of yellow line...he hit his head hard on sidewalk..close to Balboa and Oceanfront Walk
