This dumpster has been on the sidewalk 24/7 for OVER A MONTH, including ALL DAY SUNDAY. As you can see, it's been tagged more than once. It is foraged multiple times nightly. I will report this once per day - or more - until the owner is contacted and it's removed. C STREET INN - 630/636 C ST. Happy New Year!
