Trees along Willow St west sidewalk south of Loma Portal Elem 3341 Browning St, appear situated on San Diego City Schools property dropping their entire crowns into the gutters then **immediately falling into the storm drains, ending up polluting Shamu's House. This is a nuisance draining taxpayers coffers and wasting my and everyone else's time repeatedly reporting. Hack the trees and replant indigenous species compatible with locale and the EPA mandates or it'll cost us more in fine$!
