Vandalized guardrail and signage

At the foot of Bermuda Ave the street end fencing has been cut open and needs to be repaired. Actually the whole fence is old and rusting and needs to be replaced.

Fence is tilted and falling over Street sign is going to fall as well

People are locking combination locks onto the fencing that goes along the walkway of the overpass. It is unsightly and will take over the span of the bridge if left unaddressed.
