Drive through barrier knocked over. Reported weeks ago and still not fixed. This is a hazard for terrace drive as it comes to be a pass through street for freeway access.

Damaged guardrail

I got into a collision last night. I tried calling it in but the wait took a while and I eventually fell asleep. I've already reported it to a different service the tow guy told me but was also told to report it to the police.

Guardrail has been in the street for almost a year! Repeated reports made to City of San Diego and CalTrans. Everyone is passing the buck, saying its each other's problem. Somebody come and fix it already!
