Left turn from Aero onto Linda Vista was significantly short on 7/11 5:30 pm. Two left turn lanes were backed up to Kearny Villa and this never happens. Only 4-5 cars could get thru on the L signal onto Linda Vista.

The left light on Pomerado and Rancho Bernardo on the east bound lane is only letting 3-4 cars through when normally it allows 15. Assuming this is due to construction and they forgot to set the timers during evening commute
