Resident reported missed refuse collection. THey would like a truck to come back.

My recycle bin was out last Thursday and was not picked up. I've had this problem for the second time now this year (month or so ago)

Waste Collector skipped our trash can after low effort attempts to grab the trash can. Weight was not an issue as it was only half full with acceptable materials. Please collect waste as soon as possible.
