They're is no way humanly possible. To walk up-and-down the sidewalk on 16th street. Between island avenue and market street the tents taking up the entire sidewalk.

Large encampment structure built with 10+ people. Open fires they use to cook food. Several dogs caged. Loud music constantly on......they play the same song on repeat. Literally the same song over and over for 24hrs a day.
