SDGE dug up the sidewalk months ago & just through this black stuff in the hole in the middle of a very nice sidewalk. Now it's starting to sink & really needs to be cemented back in to blend with the surrounding walk.

crack/hole in utility cover and lifted edge. my wife tripped here and bruised her face and scraped up her forehead. took weeks for black and blue and rash to clear up. City avoided a lawsuit because she's not looking for a legal windfall...
