There is a white street light that is on across the parkway from our home. It has made a buzzing sound starting 1/13/18 and hasn't stopped. It sounds like a mechanical problem and is affecting our well being.

The turn lane signal needs to accommodate at least 20 cars and buses per cycle. Over the weekend the timing was off. Someone complained, now today it's set for three cars. This is a double turn into a school. When it is not timed properly...
