Vehicle has been parked on the side of the road for over a month. Originally reported through “get it done” app, but still no movement on getting issue resolved. It is impeding parking for surrounding houses to include my own.

VEHICHLE HAS ELECTRIC CORD ATTACHED TO IT, RUNNING FROM A RESIDENCE, GOING OVER THE SDEWALK, CREATING A SAFTY HAZARD TO PEDESTRIANS. VEHICHLE HAS ORANGE PYLONS BOTH IN FRONT & BEHIND IT, PREVENTING OTHERS FROM PARKING IN THOSE LOCATIONS.
