Guy scavenger in my trash bin rn

For the past 6 months, the scavenging situation has escalated at this location. I have repeatedly tried to contact the building manager, as have my neighbors, but they do not respond. We would like them to put a lock on their recycling...

I am the current tenant at 3723 Cherokee Ave. On our last trash day with recycling, I returned from work to find only my trash container in the alley. Someone had taken my recycling container.

She is here every week. Aggressive and confrontational.

People constantly dumpster diving and making a mess while doing it
