The Rose geraniums are planted in the parking & front yard. These plants are growing from both side covering the sidewalk except for about 12" in the middle. This is a big tripping hazard.

The sidewalks are in terrible condition or absent completely, and it is a very narrow street with lots of cars parked on it. My kids have to walk in the street (where cars are constantly dodging each other) to get to school.

Sidewalk cover with rotting fruit which is creating slip and fall hazards. Leave litter is covering sidewalk. Low hanging branches making walk way poke hazards. Mailman recently hit his head on low hanging cactus.
