I reported tree roots lifting the sidewalk and roots growing into my property and some genius put asphalt to repair the problem. That's not going to work with fixing the problem. This tree needs to be removed.

Tree branches need to be cut.

There is a big broken branch hanging over the sidewalk that looks unstable and may break. The tree was planted by the city.
