Essex Street between 10th and Vermont St. The homeless people had rotated trash cans from neighbor property and left it in the alley and on sidewalk. This trash bins belong to nobody and have been sitting there for 3 months.

Normal trash pickup did not occur as scheduled on Pomerado Place today.

Garbage was not picked up on our side of the street, this is the second time in the last 2-3 weeks for that to happen.
