EVERY week now for months this guy in the photo has been coming around the neighborhood in the mornings of collection days of recycle of NORTH ADAMS.

With four apartments in the building, we have 4 black and 4 blue cans for scavengers to rummage through. They literally do this EVERY night and most mornings we wake to trash all over the property. LOCKING cans would be helpful!

A man is walking up the street going through both trash and recycling bins, throwing items on the ground, leaving bins open and garbage all around. I went to clean up after him and asked that he not do it again and he proceeded to tell me...

I've written before. There is a lot of trash and homeless people sleeping and scavenging through trash cans. It's getting really bad.
