Stop sign not attached to road, was removed from where it was supposed to be but put back by residents. Dangerous intersection if someone removes it again

On the left side of the street going down the hill the light is on the wrong side.

The signal has a red ,yellow ,green arrow that is turned to the side. Can it be moved to show the drivers the light better?

Badly damaged lights, light pole. Reported 3 times in the last 6 months.

The Opticom Preemption received is turned about 60 degrees off center for east and westbound Imperial Ave at 45th St.

Signal on NW corner of 30th & National appears to be facing the wrong direction.

SE corner of 8th Ave & Market Street with the signal originally facing motorists on SB 8th Ave.
