Somebody is illegaly painting this curb. It looks like you dont care about it.

Red curb at Driveway is being painted over, making it unsafe to back in or out of said driveway.

Please eval this 15 min zone. If Someone had a placard technically they could park all day in this zone but due to this being similar to an alleyway, no one should allowed to park here at all unless unloading.

I cited a vehicle for parking in the red driveway access. The following day the curb was painted a nice new bright white on either side of the driveway.
