There are people, including this regular scavenger, who dig through all of the trash and recycle barrels on Charles Lewis Way on a regular basis and often leave a mess or unwanted debris behind when they are finished scavenging.

There are 3-4 different homeless people who scavenge the entire street’s trash cans on pickup day. They leave a mess and sometime prohibit the recycling and trash trucks from picking up on bins.

Some lady walked right up our driveway and rifled through our recycling bins, throwing trash everywhere as she proceeded. I sent video to the SDPD Neighborhood Policing but wanted to report this here as well.
