Guard rail deteriorating, public safety issue

Concrete stairs leading down to the beach at Pescadero Ave are falling apart and are a huge hazard to the community.

In OB there is a beach slap of railing concrete about to fall and could possibly hurt someone. It's at the very end of Pescadero at the beach down the stairs.

Fifth request for repair. Still no action. Very dangerous situation.

Private citizens should not have to attempt to protect our street this way. The residents of Terrace drive were promised that This street would not become a throughway. Please please please fix this. It has become a very unsafe situation.

Fourth request. Residents continue to tape this off and people continue to illegally drive through. Something must be done please.

Third report with no issue taken. Broken/missing guard post at Terrace and Adams. Huge safety concern. Drivers continue to go through this illegally and are putting pedestrians/drivers at significant risk. Must be addressed.
