This man was going through my trash on June 18th 2019 - had to walk up my driveway to my garage

An older Asian man parks his car in front of my driveway. He opens both the blue recycling and black trash containers and proceeds to noisily remove all of my recycling into the black trash bin, taking what he can to recycle. He has done...

Same woman again going through all the blue bins and letting trash blow down the street for neighbors to pick up from their yards. I just got through picking up trash in my yard as a result of her scavenging the blue bins.

Overflowing trash has been here for a week. Seems to be no maintenance at NTC anymore. Terrible. Trash all over this park!
