Everytime i drive by here, rain or shine there is water/flooding on both sides of the street. Water appears stagnant and there's also lots of mosquitos amd bugs around certain parts. The City Stormwater Department needs to fix it

Need trash pick up from flooded home

There is a burst sprinkler/water main by the side of Hoover high that is causing the flooding. Photo attached.
