Street Flooded at 8917 8937 Hammond Drive San Diego

This is a picture of what happens when it rains a little. Hammond Drive becomes a flash flood risk do to Edwire and all the adjoining streets dumping into Hammond. There are no curb inlets for the water to go to which would help alleviate the excess run off.
