Signal isn't facing wrong direction, but the cone is missing surrounding the green light circled in the photo. The lack of the cone may make it harder for motorists to discern whether or not the signal is green or not when the sun is shining on it during the day time. Signal faces motorists heading on NB N. Torrey Pines Rd at Torrey Pines Science Park S.
