Timing at Balboa Av & Kearny Villa Rd

Requesting again please check the afternoon rush hour 3:00pm timing of the Balboa Ave and Kearny Villa Rd signal. This is NOT under CalTrans. Signal goes automatic for pedestrian crossing every day during rush hour. Traffic on Kearny Villa goes at a crawl and it's a busy street people leave work in that area. Please please thank w
