Tree Maintenance at 2624 San Marcos Ave

The winds over the last few days are causing this palm tree to lean dangerously over. I am worried it might fall on someone, or something like a car! If someone could trim the heavy berry clusters it might be able to right itself. Thank you for your quick attention to this!
