Hi! Our neighbor's palm fell down on her house, so we are concerned about the health of ours. Also, we are concerned with all the eucalyptus trees in the park across the street, that ours would help spread fires. We've read the City's tree plan and understand that palms are no longer planted for some of these very reasons. Several of our neighbors on Upas don't have palms and we'd like to replace these with trees comply with the City's tree plan.
