Sidewalk at 2438 Commercial St
I'm very thankful for this app because ever since I've made a few reports it has helped with the homeless problem in our neighborhood. I've definitely seen law enforcement trying to improve the situation however it's getting bad again. I've found feces on our sidewalk constantly as well as trash and people thrown on the floor asleep and at times blocking the walkway. I've seen 2 homeless people having sex by this same tree in broad daylight and called it in since kids were barely getting out of school. I know he SDPD is trying their best but we really need to find a permanent resolution to this problem. Drugs, alcoholism, and disorderedly conduct shouldn't be around the residential areas.
