Illegal Dumping - Open Space/Canyon/Park at 4499 Maple St

Two active homeless camps right off the trail on Maple into swan canyon. We were doing a restoration event and found a camp on the trail right hand side before the round blue/green thing with orange graffiti on it the other is going right just off the trail by the blue/green thing. We found needles laying on the ground. It's not safe.
