Sidewalk at 6203 La Jolla Blvd

For years the unfinished sidewalk on the back of unkempt property has been overgrown and impassable to those trying to exit vehicle. Owner has not allowed neighbors to clean it up even though it is clearly city property. Nursing home across street needs accessible parking area for residents and visitors. In addition there is a dead tree that could cause hazard in the future.
