Sidewalk at 2434 Commercial St

These specific homeless people are always in this area. Constantly drinking, urinating in public, defeating on our sidewalk, and yelling during most of the day. I know SDPD is trying but a lot of the times they leave for a minute and come back. I don't feel safe to come out and pass them out in the sidewalk with my children. The man on the floor is constantly intoxicated and falls and yells for help and a lot of the time people help him get up and a few minutes it's a repetition of his yelling. This goes on almost everyday to the point where the police knows who he is.
