This is another "regular" in the area. We have a parking issue as it is and this entire street by the recycling center is loitered, filled with trash, and smells horrible from people reliving themselves. These people lay on the floor with their legs towards the street and prevent people from parking there. They lean on people's vehicles and I have personally found food smeared on my windows along with other cars, some cars have been found with feces smeared on the side. This isn't sanitary and hopefully this doesn't bring another hepatitis outbreak like the one the city had not too long ago.
