Illegal Dumping - Open Space/Canyon/Park at 5478 Caminito Bayo

Homeless camp has been reported, but nothing was done about it. Have now had 2 fires in the canyon which took 3 helicopters and 4 fire engines to put out. In addition to the danger of these homeless camps, the resources spent to put out the two fires are exponentially more than it would be to manage the situation in the canyon. Please address ASAP. Thank you!
