Sidewalk at 2721 Ocean Front Walk

A section of the boardwalk between Avalon ct and San Luis Rey has been slowly rising for a few years...Now it's extremely raised and cracked, and dangerous. I see people get into accidents everyday because of this while riding scooters, bikes, or even just running. Please smooth this section down and repair it!
