Sidewalk at 3770 Vermont St

I am disabled. The sidewalks around where I live are dangerous for those like myself who walk with a rollater. The sidewalks are uneven, cracks, holes, poor patched ateas. Even one where a tree root has punched through the sidewalk. There are curbs that are not handicapped accessible.
