Quality of life issues at 4153 University Ave

This narrow sidewalk is almost entirely blocked with feather flag banners, A-frame signs and a mascot from the shop named "Fiesta Insurance". They have feather flag banners at both sides of the bus shelter which is not only not permitted but also a liability for both, MTS and city of SD
