Scavenging at 4641 Louisiana St
My neighbor for years has been stockpiling random wood, metal scraps, cardboard and various other items he scavenges from the neighborhood outside of his house in his driveway. He walks down the streets and allies collecting random items and bringing them back to his driveway to stockpile. The collection has gotten massive and when it's windy the lighter stuff blows into the streets and when it's hot and dry I'm afraid something has the opportunity to catch fire. I believe I have seen items such as hazmat like paint and paint products stored in the pile which has an opportunity to burst into flames. When it rains I see a rainbow sheen that runs down his driver such as oil or gas which runs into the street. Might be from his car but could also be from the hoarding pile he has. He covers the pile with a blue tarp and random wood and metal items to hold the tarp down. I hope someone from the city can please address this before something dangerous happens. Thank you
Specific location of the incident: Driveway of 4651 Louisiana st. Blue van in driveway and blue tarps covering the stockpile with random debris holding the tarps down.
