In walking 6190 Fairmount Ave. (our building), we noticed there is an unmarked van parked on the street where it appears someone is living and has their personal items/belongings overflowing into our landscaping (see attached). Can we please have the SDPD dispatched to request that these individuals clean up the their mess and move along?
