Pothole at 8001 Othello Ave

There are so many potholes on Morena Blvd, Garnet, Grand, Ingraham, and I could go on for hours. When can the City of San Diego Take OUR tax payer's $$$ and stop wasting money on filling potholes and actually scrape and repave the streets? When do the citizens and their damaged tires and bent rims matter???? In the last 2 months, I've had 3 tires damages by potholes that I had to replace that I bought brand new in July of 2017, and 4 rims bent that I had to pay $600 to get repaired and repainted. I am scared to death half the time driving on these damn streets that I'll end up with more damage to my car. You can't even drive in a straight line anymore, you have to drive ZIG ZAG to avoid the potholes!!!! What are our rights as citizens to get these roads repaired VS the trolley development that effects the minority much less other trivial work happening. The #1 priority in this city's infrastructure should be the safety of our roads to our citizens that travel it daily. Attached are photos from 8001 Othello
