This man is living in the park next to Washington elementary. This is where children play, it is a toilet. The little Italy Association has tried to move him numerous times. This has been going on for months. Can a police car go by late at night to move him. LIA says he just says he is eating and can't do anything as they are not around in the middle of the night.
