Quality of life issues at 401 S 35th St

Construction company has left these containers & other equipment out in the open for several months. We see a lot of teenagers & male adults behind the containers during the week tagging the containers & smoking weed (11357). Can they please be removed or ask the company to place them somewhere else? The culdesac is heavy with trash (behind containers). Please have the area cleaned up. Thank you!!
