Quality of life issues at 4423 Texas St

Demolition and grading at 4423 Texas St has become a public health issue with excessive dust, dirt and noise. In addition, use of heavy equipment is causing massive vibrations which can felt a half a block away. Absolutely no efforts for air, noise, and ground shaking abatement have been take into account whatsoever. Please send the appropriate city inspector (s) to review.
