Scavenging at 4535 Rainier Ave

Two men with a truck broke into dumpster enclosure and rummaged through trash. They ripped bags open and discarded unwanted items all over the ground around trash dumpster. They then went to the neighboring property dumpster and did the same. This was when I had the opportunity to get a photo of their license plate from the balcony.
Specific location of the incident: Locked and enclosed dumpster on the property of the condos at 4537 Rainier Ave (in the alley on Glacier). Photo taken of neighboring dumpster with same men and their vehicle.
