Quality of life issues at 1701–1799 Los Altos Way

I thought this corner of Los Altos Way & Soledad Rd was a city property for staging equipment as needed for street repair etc. Seems the owner on hill cut down his euc trees and blocked this corner so no one can walk across it to the park. FORCED to walk on street now . Look into who owns that corner on city maps
