Construction is being done at the property at 3515 Riviera Dr. San Diego, 92109. This last week a 70 year old city owned palm tree on public land in front of the house was cut down to accommodate the construction. These iconic trees are on city property. Will you please see if a fine is warranted to discourage the cutting down of these gorgeous trees. Thank you.
