Person sleeping in their car on the street directly outside of my home, within 15 feet of my baby's bedroom window. License plate CA 4TTP611 green Jeep. This is not the first time she has slept in her car outside of our home, nor the first time we've reported it. This car frequents our street. We are also within 500 feet of Mira Mesa high school. Thank you.
